Bournemouth Over 60’s A-D Council Tax Band Scheme.
 

We are working with Bournemouth Borough Council to provide free cavity wall and loft insulation up to the value of £1000, to Bournemouth residents between 60 and 69 years of age living in properties that fall into council tax bands A, B, C, and D. Over 70 year olds are entitled to free insulation under other schemes we manage.

People do not need to be on benefits, and funding is limited, and is on a first come first served basis.
